Rosseti is one of the world's largest power companies, supplying electricity to consumers in 82 regions of Russia. It manages 2.5 million kilometers of transmission lines and electrical substations with a total capacity of 853,000 MVA. More than 80% of the electricity generated in the country is transmitted through Rosseti's networks.

Rosseti consists of 43 subsidiaries and affiliates, including 16 distribution companies. The total number of employees is approximately 235,000 people.

The controlling shareholder of the parent company is the state.
It is represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management.
