Description of the event

Opening Ceremony 
A dream is an extraordinary force. It inspires us to overcome the most difficult challenges and allows us to reach incredible heights. You will hear warm greetings and words of wisdom and see performances by famous artists and choirs. A special role in the ceremony will be played by the Artificial Intelligence voiced by Konstantin Khabensky. 
The main plot is a love story between two young people, Adelina and Andrey. It will show the importance of taking responsibility for yourself, your family, and your happiness, making difficult decisions and always believing in the best. This belief is the spirit of the Festival. We are all friends and allies to one another. Together we strive to unlock our potential and change the world for the better. Remember, the world changes because I change.
